1. BoJ published minutes of monetary policy meeting

3. North Korea criticized Japan for Fukushima water release

North Korea's ambassador delivered a speech at the United Nations General Assembly and claimed that the release of wastewater from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant caused irrevocable damage to humanity and the marine environment. The ambassador of Japan countered that the concentration of Tritium in seawater or marine products is proven to be well below the standard. 

After that, North Korea again criticized Japan but Japanese ambassador refuted once again that the Japanese government would continue to explain the discharge with transparency and will continue to discuss details based on scientific evidence.
